1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating a Business Workspace account or using the Patify WhatsApp Broadcast Platform, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service, all applicable laws, and Meta's WhatsApp Business Messaging Policies.

2. Meta API BYOK Billing & Direct Surcharges

Patify provides platform software for managing broadcasts, flows, and live chat. Under our BYOK (Bring Your Own Key) model:

• You are solely responsible for maintaining an active payment method attached to your official Meta WhatsApp Business Account (WABA).
• Meta bills your account directly for utility, marketing, and service conversations at official Meta rates.
• Patify charges zero markup fees on Meta conversation rates.

3. Zero-Spam & Meta Compliance Requirement

Account holders are strictly prohibited from utilizing Patify for unsolicited messaging, spam, or activities that violate Meta's WhatsApp Commerce Policy. While Patify provides an enterprise Redis rate limiter to protect against Meta 429 bans, account quality ratings remain the responsibility of the account holder.

4. Account Termination & Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate workspace access in the event of documented abuse, failure to adhere to WhatsApp compliance rules, or unauthorized platform tampering.
